In 1999 13 people were killed at Columbine High School in Littleton, Colorado. At the time, it was the deadliest high school shooting in modern U.S. history, now it’s not even one of the 10 worst — and students and adults are still dying on our country’s campuses.
Thirteen and more is a memorial for those deaths and a reminder of all that has happened and still happening. My intention for these chair tiles are to be used as one installation or they could stand alone and represent the tragedies.
